The Great Elders of Baltic tribes used to say "The darker the honey the healthier it is," and buckwheat honey does not disappoint. Raw Buckwheat Honey's deep mahogany colour perfectly complements its rich, sweet, earthy flavour with a nutty robust punch. Collected from the pristine Northern Lithuanian forests, this rich honey carries a variety of microelements, antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. The deep flavours of buckwheat honey perfectly complement BBQ sauces, blue cheese salad, mint tea, and many other culinary treats.

Crystallisation: You may notice that over time, all Bee Baltic honey changes its structure and sets (crystallises). Additionally, you may see beautiful light patterns forming on the walls of the jar. These light patterns are commonly known across Baltic beekeepers as the "honey frost". Crystallisation and changes in colour are all signs of natural, raw, unpasteurised, and unprocessed honey. Should crystallisation occur, gently warm the jar in hot water.
