We are based at Suite 638 Unit 3a, 34-35 Hatton Garden, Holborn, London, United Kingdom, EC1N 8DX. However, we only do online sales.

Free delivery to the UK mainland for all orders over £45.

We are open and we dispatch Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, excluding bank holidays, and we aim to dispatch all orders placed before midday on the same day. Please note that this may not be possible during particularly busy periods.

Royal Mail Tracked 24-hour & Tracked 48-hour details:
- This service is 24hr or 48hr, including delivery on Saturdays.
- NOTE that 24hr & 48hr delivery IS NOT GUARANTEED by Royal Mail, though they achieve this for the vast majority of consignments.
- Online tracking.
- Mainland UK - including Highlands & Islands.
- Only for orders up to 5kg.
- £3.75 for Royal Mail Tracked (48hr)
- £5.95 for Royal Mail Tracked (24hr)

DPD details:
- This is a 'Next Day' service with DPD (mainland UK).
- NOTE: This is a standard service - you do NOT pay extra for this and next day is not guaranteed.
- DPD's 'Next Day' service covers weekdays only, so orders dispatched on a Friday would normally be delivered on the following Monday.
- Only for orders above 5kg and up to 25kg.
- £7.45 for DPD Courier (Next Day)

UPS details:
- Delivery will take anything from 2-3 days to 2 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination. Please track your order with the details provided.

IMPORTANT!
Some countries will not allow the import of certain products. It is the responsibility of the customer to establish what their country rules and regulations are. Bee Baltic cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, returned, or destroyed by customs. If a package is returned by customs, we will be charged, and this cost, together with the original carriage cost and a 10% handling fee, will be deducted from any refund requested.

Please note that we periodically review carriage rates, and they are subject to slight changes. We do not seek to make a profit from carriage, and in many cases, they are heavily discounted.

Beautiful honey

It’s like caramel .. love this. Sometimes with buckwheat honey you can get a strong taste but this is smooth. I dont really want to recommend this because I want it all for myself 🤗😊

Honey Selection

I recently bought the 3 Honey selection, Buckwheat, Linden & Wildflower 1KG. Firstly, when they arrived they had crystalized but that perfectly normal & Natural for Raw Honey. Placing the jars in warm not hot about 38oC was enough to de-crystalize. Absolutely delicious, & as I commented it's probably the most natural sweetness I've tasted in Honey ever. It's a great value bundle & also a great way to see if you have a preference for a particular flavour profile. I would definitely recommend this bundle & I have already purchased a jar of the Wildflower for another relative as I know their flavour preference.

I only recently found out that the honey 🍯 in the supermarket was actually just sugar water and contains very little honey but I remember real honey from my childhood so I’m very happy to find that bee baltic can provide the real honey that I remember.
