Honey is as old as written history, dating back to 2100 B.C. where it was mentioned in Sumerian and Babylonian cuneiform writings, the Hittite code, and the sacred writings of India and Egypt. Powered by the trees and flowers from the pristine Northern Lithuanian forests, Raw Forest Honey is the perfect source for essential vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants, enzymes, and natural flavour. Not to mention the bitter tones of trees and the subtle herbal sweetness from various wildflowers provide Raw Forest Honey with a full-bodied aromatic essence. A perfect addition to your tea, topping for your baked goods, and so much more, Raw Forest Honey is as delicious as it is nutritious

Like all Bee Baltic products, our Raw Forest Honey is unpasteurized and unfiltered so retains all its delicious healthy nutritional properties. Our harvesting processes allow our Raw Forest Honey to retain all of the natural anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and antiviral healing properties your body deserves. Whether it's for everyday use or as a special gift, Raw Forest Honey is ideal for anyone looking to add a sweet and nutritious treat into their life!

At Bee Baltic, our family of devoted beekeepers use ethical practices to kindly harvest honey and beeswax produced by our bees. From our hives to your home, we take great pride in providing our clients with pure, wildcrafted, and sustainably sourced raw honey. From candles and food wraps to healing balms, raw honey, and moisturising soaps, we can turn your ideas into reality with our pure honey. A true nature’s blessing, our Raw Forest Honey is 100% natural and unfiltered so it retains all of its healthy properties. Whether it's for everyday use or as a special gift, Bee Baltic products are perfect for everyone!

Tips:

Store your honey in a cool, dry place. Keep in mind, it’s a natural characteristic of raw honey to set (crystallise). Should crystallisation occur, gently warm the jar in hot water.

Crystallisation:

You may notice that over time, all Bee Baltic honey changes its structure and sets (crystallises). Additionally, you may see beautiful light patterns forming on the walls of the jar. These light patterns are commonly known across Baltic beekeepers as the "honey frost.” Crystallisation and changes in colour are all signs of natural, raw, unpasteurised, and unprocessed honey.

Deliciously soothing!

Delicious honey with a lovely natural taste – it has crystallised a little in the jar which is of course a good sign, and I haven't heated it because I like the slight crunch! I don't wish to make any medicinal claims, and obviously this is just one person's subjective experience, but I had a nasty sore throat last night, with one tonsil that was swollen and sore enough to be giving me ear pain, too. I sipped a couple of cups of green tea, and slowly ate a shot glass of Forest Honey (the jar I happen to have open) and some bee bread. I'd merely hoped it would help to soothe the pain, but my throat is almost back to normal now. I'm not claiming any miracle cure, but definitely worth trying if you're under the weather.

Delicious

We really enjoyed this honey, it had a very distinctive flavour. My 13 year old son was very impressed, he had it on toast every day.

Heather honey is so delicious, it is difficult to stop at just one spoon.
It is very sweet so is a perfect substitute for sugar in tea/coffee and on cereals.

Deliciously unprocessed

Bee Baltic's raw Linden honey is very creamy and smooth and rewarding for the taste buds.
Although milder than the Buckwheat, I don't think you will be disappointed, even if you like the darker, 'deeper' varieties.

So nice!

Tastes fresh, just described it as: "it somehow feels like there's fresh air running through my mouth" 🤣

Also very good value, the jar is literally filled to the brim - I'm not sure how they got the lid on, but I appreciate the integrity of filling it to the very top

Raw, robust and unadulterated.....as nature intended

I love this deep, dark and complex honey, the taste of which is far removed from some of the more commercial ones I have tried.
Thank you, Bee Baltic!

Rapeseed honey.

This is my first purchase of Rapeseed Honey and it will not be my last. The taste is wonderful. So vibrant and not over sweet with a delightful sharpness reminiscent of lemon. This is now my favourite.
