Tips:
FOR HONEY - Store your honey in a cool, dry place. Keep in mind, it’s a natural characteristic of raw honey to set (crystallise). Should crystallisation occur, gently warm the jar in hot water. Recommended to have in the morning.
FOR BEE POLLEN - Start with 1 teaspoon per day and gradually increase, preferably in the morning to kickstart your day. Not recommended for children under 12 months of age. Store in a cool, dry place.
FOR LIP BALM - Use balm on the lips 2-4 times per day or as needed. Store in a cool dark space (less than 25 °C), and keep out of the reach and sight of children. Propolis is not safe for people who are allergic to the product components. Avoid clothing, may stain.
