I've been using this for my cough and my children's coughs,it seems to ease the initial cough. We've not used it long enough to compare it to other methods I use like elderberry syrup to say if it works better. I've bought it because my two sons get croup and I thought I'd use this at the first sign of that nightmare emerging.
I love this honey, it’s the first time I’ve tried raw honey and I won’t be going back to cheap supermarket honey again. I use it in my cooking, in my drinks, on my cereal, it’s lovely with Greek yoghurt. Brilliant stuff.
