Honey is as old as written history, dating back to 2100 B.C. when it was mentioned in Sumerian and Babylonian cuneiform writings, the Hittite code, and the sacred writings of India and Egypt. Powered by the trees and flowers from the pristine Northern Lithuanian forests, Raw Forest Honey is the perfect source of essential vitamins, nutrients, antioxidants, enzymes, and natural flavour. Not to mention the bitter tones of trees and the subtle herbal sweetness from various wildflowers provide Raw Forest Honey with a full-bodied aromatic essence. A perfect addition to your tea, topping for your baked goods, and so much more, Raw Forest Honey is as delicious as it is nutritious.

Do not store above 18°C. Protect from direct sunlight. Unsuitable for babies under 12 months.
Crystallisation: You may notice that over time, all Bee Baltic honey changes its structure and sets (crystallises). Additionally, you may see beautiful light patterns forming on the walls of the jar. These light patterns are commonly known across Baltic beekeepers as the "honey frost.” Crystallisation and changes in colour are all signs of natural, raw, unpasteurised, and unprocessed honey. Should crystallisation occur, gently warm the jar in hot water.
