Baltic bees collect Raw Linden Honey during the blooming summer months. It perfectly brings up the herbal taste. And brings the refreshing feel from linden blossoms. Additionally, linden tree honey resonates bright, fragrant and pleasant sweetness, with an astringent aftertaste.
The herbal and floral notes make it unique for many types of culinary applications. Bake it, glaze it or dress the salad with it. Therefore, linden honey goes well with all varieties of cheeses and is amazing with fresh green cucumbers. In addition, use it to accompany fresh lemons with lukewarm water for a soothing booster - Honey Lemon Water.
Honey of linden tree nectar can be compared to well known Manuka Honey. Linden tree, also called lime/basswood tree provides bees with highly ranked honey. Due to its qualities, Linden Honey is a Baltic alternative to Manuka honey.
A true nature’s blessing.
Store in a cool, dry place. It is a natural characteristic of raw honey to set (crystallise). Should crystallisation occur, gently warm the jar in hot water.

We bought this and the forest honey but I have to say that out of the two this one was my favourite. My 13 year old son enjoyed both on toast every day. The jars didn't last long and we are now looking forward to trying the other types available on your website.
Amazing taste it goes very well with lemon,I deffinaly buy again
My Favorite one, really tasty honey. Goof customer service and very fast delivery + great packaging.
Lovely tasting honey. Perfectly balanced with sweet and creamy notes. Similar to Manuka honey in texture and taste. If you want manuka honey without the expensive price, this is the honey for too.
